UP SI Eligibility: Educational Qualification

Candidates, in order to be eligible for UP SI Exam, should have passed Graduation from a recognized institute or university

UP SI Eligibility: Age Limit

As per the notification, the candidate’s age must be between 21 and 28 years. He/ she must have achieved 21 years of age as on July 01, 2021 and not born before July 01, 1993 and not after July 01, 2000. However, candidates will be provided age relaxation as per government norms.

UP SI Exam Pattern 2021

Here are some important points regarding exam pattern of UP SI 2021:

• UP SI is a objective type test consisting of 160 questions from 4 different subjects
• The total marks for UP SI Exam is 400 marks
• Candidates will get 2.5 marks for each correct answer and there is no negative marking in this exam
• UP SI Test will be available in both Hindi and English Language except for General Hindi subject
• Candidates will get a total of 120 minutes (2 Hours)
• There are four subjects in UP SI Exam which are General Hindi, Numerical & Mental Ability Test, Basic Law/ Constitution/ General Knowledge, Mental Aptitude Test/ Intelligence Quotient Test/ Reasoning
• Candidates should get a qualifying mark of 35 in each subject

Steps to Apply for UP SI 2021 Recruitment

Candidates must follow the below-mentioned steps to apply for UP SI Exam:

Step 1: Visit the official website viz. uppbpb.gov.in

Step 2: If you have not register yourself earlier, then click on ‘New Applicant Link’ on the left side of the panel

Step 3: Fill in the necessary details

Step 4: You will get an Application ID and Password on your registered email id and mobile number

Step 5: Login using the details provided

Step 6: Enter your education qualification and other personal details

Step 7: Upload the photograph and signature

Step 8: Pay the application fee online via debit card/ credit card/ net banking

Step 9: Verify all the details displayed and click the ‘Final Submit’ button once done
