A candidate must have passed 10+2 (12th) exam/HSC or its equivalent degree from a recognized University or Board. Also, the candidates who are declared qualified in the Computer Based Examination and the Skill Test will be required to produce all the relevant certificates in original such as Marksheets, Provisional Certificates etc. for completion of 12th standard or equivalent examination as proof of having acquired the minimum educational qualification on or before 01.08.2022. The candidature of the candidates who fail to produce the documents will be cancelled by the Commission.

Candidates must clear both the stages of the recruitment process to be considered for the Stenographer Grade C & Grade D posts. Those who fail to qualify the CBT exam won't be allowed to appear for the Skill test that requires a typing speed of 80 WPM in Hindi and 100 WPM in English.
