UGC NET Syllabus 2022: The National Testing Agency (NTA) releases the UGC NET syllabus along with the notification. The NTA NET syllabus is comprised of Paper 1 & Paper 2. The NTA NET syllabus was revised in December 2018. Before this, both the UGC NET Paper 1 & 2 were conducted in different shifts. However, from 2019 onwards, the UGC NET exam is conducted in the same single shift of 3 Hours.

The first step in preparing for the UGC NET exam is to become familiar with the NTA NET syllabus, as this will allow candidates to plan their preparations more effectively. UGC NET Paper 1 syllabus is common to all the candidates that cover the teaching and research capabilities of the candidates. On the other hand, Paper 2 is based on the subject chosen by the candidates.

  • The UGC NET exam is divided into two papers (Paper 1 and 2), each of which has multiple-choice questions (MCQs).

The goal of the UGC NET Paper 1 Syllabus

The major goal of this section is to evaluate the candidates' teaching and research abilities. The UGC NET Paper 1 is designed to evaluate both teaching and research abilities.

  • Cognitive talents such as comprehension, analysis, assessment, comprehending the structure of arguments, and deductive and inductive reasoning are expected of candidates.
  • Candidates should also have a general understanding of the teaching and learning processes in higher education.
  • They should also be aware of the interactions among people, the environment, and natural resources, as well as their impact on quality of life.

UGC NET Paper 1 Syllabus in Hindi

UGC NET पेपर 1 का पाठ्यक्रम

  •         UGC NET परीक्षा राष्ट्रीय स्तर की परीक्षा है जो सहायक प्रोफेसर और जूनियर रिसर्च फेलोशिप के लिए उम्मीदवारों का चयन करने के लिए आयोजित की जाती है। इसमें पेपर 1 और पेपर 2 शामिल हैं।
  •         पेपर 1 सामान्य परीक्षा है, जो 10 यूनिटों को कवर करने वाले सभी उम्मीदवारों के लिए समान है।
  •         सभी 10 यूनिटों से 5 प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं, अर्थात पेपर 1 में 50 प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं।
  •         पेपर 1 परीक्षा के लिए आवंटित कुल अंक 100 अंक हैं अर्थात प्रत्येक प्रश्न 2 अंक का है। (50* 2) = 100 अंक।
