Who scored the Highest Marks in UPSC Ever?
Anudeep Durishetty scored the highest marks ever in UPSC. In 2017, Anudeep secured AIR 1 by scoring 1126 out of 2025 in his 5th attempt. Anudeep secured 950 marks in the Mains exam and scored 176 in the personality test. In terms of percentage, he secured 55.60 percent. Anudeep was already working as an IRS officer, but he didn’t give up his dream of becoming an IAS.

UPSC Topper Marks 2022
UPSC Result 2022 was declared on 23rd May 2023, and Ishita Kishore topped the exam. Ishita has secured AIR 1, followed by Garima Lohia, Uma Harathi N, and Smriti Mishra in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place respectively. Ishita is an economics graduate, and she has completed her graduation from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. Ishita has been a very active sportsperson, and she cracked the exam in her 3rd attempt.

UPSC Topper 2021
UPSC declared the result for 2021 on the official website, and the UPSC Topper 2021 is Shruti Sharma, who scored 54.57%. She secured a total of 1105 marks and got the 1st rank. There is a big difference between the 1st and 2nd toppers of 2021. The UPSC Topper 2021, Shruti Sharma is a resident of the Bijnor District, and she cleared the exam on her second attempt. Shruti opted for History as her optional subject as she has done her bachelor’s in history and master’s in Modern History.
UPSC Topper 2021 with Marks
Ankita Agarwal was the 2nd UPSC Topper 2021 and she cleared IAS on her 3rd attempt. Ankita scored more marks on the personality test than Shruti Sharma. She obtained AIR 236 in 2019 and was training with Indian Revenue Services Customs and Indirect Taxes at Faridabad when the results were declared.
IAS Toppers 2021: 2nd and 3rd AIR
The second name in the UPSC Topper List is Ankita Agarwal, followed by Gamini Singla. Ankita Agarwal, who hails from Kolkata, was very sure of her attempt at the UPSC. This was her second attempt at the CSE exam. Ankita Agarwal is a 2018 batch IRS Officer undergoing training.
During her recent interviews, she highlighted that the UPSC exam tests perseverance and dedication. She focused on the parts where one should keep the sources limited, revising the basic NCERT Books for UPSC repeatedly. Limiting the sources helps to frame the right preparation strategy. She chose Political Science and International Relations as her Optional Subject.
Gamini Singla, a BTech in Computer Science Engineering from Punjab Engineering College (PEC) Chandigarh, secured All India Rank 3 in the UPSC topper list declared by the Commission. Gamini Singla is 23 years old. It was Gamini’s second attempt at the exam. She relied on self-study and did not take any coaching for her UPSC preparation.
