  • UPTET certificate can be obtained from DIET in the districts of Uttar Pradesh.
  • Candidates will be informed that the certificate will be available in their respective District Institutes of Education and Training.

Validity of the UPTET Certificate

The UPTET certificate is valid for a lifetime. Because the certificate is valid for a lifetime, candidates must handle it with care. Based on a UPTET certificate, candidates will be eligible to acquire lifetime (if appropriate) employment.

The qualified candidates will have to verify all the original documents to obtain their UPTET eligibility certificate. The certificate will include the candidate's name, photograph, caste (category), photograph, and marks obtained in the UPTET result.

Steps to Correct the Information in UPTET Certificate

  • The candidate will have to apply to the District Education and Training Institute and Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority through the District Education Officer.
  • Within two years of obtaining the UPTET certificate, the candidates should bring it to the notice of the Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Examination Regulatory Authority.
  • Candidates should note that the photograph, caste (caste), and special reservation category of the candidate will not be changed in the UPTET certificate.

Procedure for Issuing a Duplicate UPTET Certificate

Many times candidates lose or mutilate their UPTET certificate due to various reasons. In such a situation, they can ask for a duplicate UPTET certificate. They have to submit through Demand Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank to The Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority, Uttar Pradesh, 23 Alanganj Prayagraj.

The candidate will also have to submit related records and documents verified by the Gazetted Office to the Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority, Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj through the office of the District Education and Training Institute.
