CBSC has made new changes Along with the CTET exam pattern to incorporate the new techniques in the teaching. You should also have a good knowledge of the CTET syllabus and the marking scheme of both paper 1 and paper 2.

  • CTET includes two examinations, different for paper 1 and paper 2.
  • The mode of examination will be online, i.e., CBT (Computer Based Test) mode.
  • The examination type will be multiple choice questions and include 4 options with only 1 correct option.
  • The language of the paper will be Hindi and English, and candidates can choose any language.
  • Paper 1 includes 5 subjects which have a total of 150 questions of one mark each.
  • Paper 2 also includes 5 subjects and a choice between science & maths, and social science. 150 questions will be asked, and one mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
  • There is no negative marking in CTET.
  • The examination will be for 150 minutes.

CTET Pattern - Marking Scheme
