The name of the UPSC Topper 2023, Ishita Kishore, was released just after the declaration of UPSC results (2022-23) on 23rd May 2023. The Union Public Service Commission is one of the most esteemed and challenging examinations in India, held annually to recruit candidates for various civil services in the Indian government, including the IAS, IPS, IFS, and others.
The selected candidates based on their marks will be designated for various civil services posts like Indian Administrative Service, Indian Police Service; Indian Foreign Service, and Central Services, Group A’ and Group ‘B’.
