SSC CHSL Nationality
A candidate must be either a citizen of India, Nepal, Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1 January 1962 to permanently settle in India. Candidates of Indian origin who have migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India are also eligible to apply.
SSC CHSL Age limit
The SSC CHSL age limit varies from post to post. The minimum age to appear for SSC CHSL 2023 as of January 01, 2023, is 18 years and the maximum age is 27 years. However, there are age relaxations for candidates belonging to different categories.

SSC CHSL Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed the 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University. If the applicant possesses any Degree obtained through Open Universities or Distance Education Mode, then that must be recognized by the Distance Education Council, IGNOU. Candidates who are in their final year of 10+2 education can also apply for the exam. However, they must provide proof of passing the exam before the skill test or typing test.
