NDA full form is National Defence Academy and it is the Indian Armed Forces' joint defence service training institute where cadets of the three services get training for the Indian Navy, Indian Army, and Indian Air Force. NDA का तात्पर्य राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी (NDA full form in Hindi) से है। यह अकादमी भारत के नौजवानो को देश की तीन प्रमुख सेनाओं में नियुक्त करती है: थल सेना, जल सेना और वायु सेना। UPSC (संघ लोक सेवा आयोग) द्वारा NDA परीक्षा आयोजित की जाती है । यह परीक्षा साल में दो बार आयोजित की जाती है , सभी कैंडिडेट को दो मौके मिलते है, तथा जो कैंडिडेट सभी स्तरों जैसे लिखित परीक्षा,साक्षात्कार एवम शारीरिक परीक्षण पास कर लेता है वह नियुक्त होता है।
NDA Full Form: Eligibility
Just knowing the full form of NDA is not enough. The candidates must also know the NDA eligibility criteria so that they can check whether they can apply for the exam or not. There are various parameters on the basis of which a candidate is judged and accordingly shortlisted or rejected. NDA Full Form: Nationality
Nationality is the first and foremost factor that determines whether you are eligible to apply for NDA or not. The nationality criteria for National Defence Academy (NDA full form) are given below, according to which, one must either be:
- Citizen of India
- Citizen of Bhutan
- Citizen of Nepal
- Refugee of Tibet who is settled in India permanently

NDA Full Form: Gender Eligibility

There are no restrictions for any gender; hence both male and female candidates can apply for the NDA exam. Earlier, girls were not allowed to sit for this exam, but now they are allowed to take admission as per the decision taken by the Supreme Court.

- There is no exceptional flexibility for the candidates belonging to the reserved categories.
NDA Full Form: Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for NDA must fulfil the educational requirements or else, they will not be allowed to appear for the exam. The details about the educational criteria for NDA are given below:
- Candidates of class 12th or equivalent examination are eligible.
- Those who have passed their 12th or equivalent test are also eligible.
- Candidates who are currently in the 11th standard cannot apply for the above-stated exam.

NDA Full Form: Syllabus & Exam Pattern
