Haryana SSC Eligibility Criteria 2018

HSSC eligibility criteria depend upon two factors i.e Minimum Educational & Physical requirements and Age Limit. Let us first go through the Age limit factor.

(i) HSSC Age Limit: 

• Minimum Age: 17 years 
• Maximum Age: 42 years

(ii) HSSC Essential Requirements

• 12th pass (10+2) with Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard or higher education
• Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License
• Should not be Colour Blind
• Eye Sight: 6/6
• Height: 5′-7″
• Weight: 54 Kg
• Chest: 32″ inches
• Expanded chest: 34″ inches
• Should have passed a basic course in fire fighting from any recognized institution

Important Dates

• HSSC Online Application Start Date: 6th April 2018
• HSSC Last Date to Apply Online: 6th May 2018 (till 11:59 PM)
• Last date to deposit Fee: 8th May 2018 (till 11:59 PM)

Selection Procedure

The Selection procedure will be based only on a written exam of 100 marks. As mentioned in the official notification, there will be no interview round for this post. The mode (Offline/Online) is not yet finalized by the commission.

Fee Details 

• Male/Female candidates (General): Rs 100
• Female candidates of Haryana: Rs 50
• SC/BC/EBPG Male candidates of Haryana: Rs 25
• SC/BC/EBPG Female candidates of Haryana: Rs 13
• Ex-Serviceman (Haryana): No Fees
  

The pay scale of this post will be in the range of Rs. 5200-20,200 with Rs.2400/- Grade Pay. The online application will start from 6th April 2018.
