SSC Stenographer Exam Analysis 18 November 2022 (Shift 2): Major Highlights

  • The good number of attempts for shift 1 can be taken as 147-158.
  • There were three sections namely General Intelligence & Reasoning, English Language and General Awareness
  • In the second shift at least 5-6 questions were asked from the current affairs section.
  • Overall, the English section was Easy.
  • The reasoning section was calculative. 
  • There were two reading comprehension in the English section.
  • The difficulty order of sections is as follows: General Awareness > Reasoning > English

SSC Stenographer Exam Analysis 18 November 2022 (Shift 1): Major Highlights

  • The good number of attempts for shift 1 can be taken as 156-169.
  • There were three sections namely General Intelligence & Reasoning, English Language and General Awareness
  • In the first shift at least 6-7 questions were asked from the current affairs section which varied in the second shift by 2-3 questions and was of a good level. 
  • Overall, the English and Reasoning sections were Easy.
  • There were three reading comprehension in the English section based on the cold war and ecology.
  • The difficulty order of sections is as follows: General Awareness > Reasoning and English

SSC Stenographer Exam Analysis 17 November 2022 (Shift 3): Major Highlights

  • The good number of attempts is expected to be 158 -170
  • The overall difficulty level of the exam is: Moderate
  • The difficulty order of the section is as follows: General Awareness > English> Reasoning 
  • In general awareness, there were 12-14 current affairs questions from the years 2021 and 2022.
  • In general awareness, there were questions about art and culture, festivals, musical instruments etc.
  • The cloze test was based on the tribal festival of Chhatisgarh.
  • There were 2 Reading Comprehension which was based on the Russian revolution and Pollution caused by Trains.
  • The reasoning section was easy for students to solve.  

The major highlights of SSC Stenographer Exam Analysis 17 November 2022 for shift 2 are given below.

  • The good number of attempts is expected to be 165 -175
  • The overall difficulty level of the exam is: Moderate
  • The difficulty order of the section is as follows: General Awareness > English> Reasoning 
  • Reading Comprehensions were based on the earthquake and the story of a little girl, her mother and an old man. 
  • In general awareness, Questions were mostly asked from static GK, Art and Culture and 2022 current affairs.
  • There were 6-7 current affairs questions based on 2022.
  • Candidates found the reasoning section a bit time taking.
  • In the English section, vocabulary questions were asked in high numbers.

  • The good number of attempts is expected to be 163 -175
  • The overall difficulty level of the exam is: Easy-Moderate
  • The difficulty order of the section is as follows: General Awareness > English> Reasoning 
  • There were 2 Reading Comprehension asked in the examination where the theme of the exam is Internet & Students and Issues related to school opening after Covid.
  • A majority of questions were asked on traditional themes like folk dances, instruments, players, etc.
  • There were questions from Sports  (Cricket) as well.
  • The reasoning was calculative.
  • Puzzles were tricky.

Reasoning questions

  4. Mathematical operators - 4 - 5 ques, swapping signs and replacing * sign based.
  5. Coding Decoding - 3 - 4 ques, cross-jumbled based, +/- in place values.
  6. Blood Relations - 3 ques, coded and pointing based
  7. Sitting Arrangement - 1 - 2 ques, linear sitting, circular sitting
  8. Analogy - 2 - 3 ques, Number based, Letter based
  9. Classification - 2 ques, letter-based, word based
