Part I One-Time Registration

Step 1: Candidates need to click on the Register Now button given in the login section

Step 2: Then candidates need to enter their basic, contact, and additional details. They also need to provide information regarding the Aadhaar Number/Identity Card number.

Step 3: Upload already scanned images of the photograph and signature.

Step 4: Candidates must enter their name, mother’s name, father’s name, date of birth, details of Class 10 exam, and highest educational qualification

Step 4: Add the residential address, working phone number, and email address.

Step 5: Once this is done, candidates need to confirm their cell phone number and email ID

Step 6: Just after confirmation, a registration number and a password will be generated by the website. Candidates will receive both of these at their registered cell phone number through SMS and email ID.

Step 7: Candidates are required to log in again to fill in other details like nationality and category.

Step 8: Click on the ‘Final Submit button. Candidates will receive different OTPs at their registered cell phone numbers, which they need to enter in the given field to complete the registration process.

Step 9: Candidates need to read the declaration statement carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button.

Part II: Filling the Online Application Form

Step 1: Candidates need to log in with their registration number and password generated earlier.

Step 2: Go to the latest notifications tab. Click the button ‘Apply’ in the ‘Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Examination 2023’ section.

Step 3: Candidates need to provide three choices of exam centers in order of their preference.

Step 4: Candidates need to select the medium of exam – Hindi or English

Step 5: Then, Candidates need to choose the post.

Step 6: Once all details have been entered as asked, candidates need to click on the ‘I Agree’ button.

Step 7: After this, They need to proceed with payment of the SSC Stenographer Application Fee.

Step 8: The application fee is Rs. 100 (however, Women, PWD, Ex-Servicemen, SC, and ST candidates are exempted). The fee can be paid through online gateways like BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or any Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit card.

Step 9: The application will be officially accepted once it has been successfully submitted.

Step 10: Candidates must take a printout of the filled SSC Stenographer Application Form 2023 immediately. 

Candidates can pay the SSC Stenographer Application Fee 2023 online with a Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, a State Bank Buddy e-Wallet, an SBI e-challan, or both. SSC Stenographer Application Form Correction Fees

Candidates will have two opportunities to edit and resubmit their applications. For the first correction and re-submission of a modified or corrected application, the Commission will charge INR 200, and for the second correction and re-submission of a modified or corrected application, INR 500. All candidates, whatever of gender or category, shall pay the correction fees.
