DSSSB LDC 2022 Latest Update

Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board has released the tentative calendar for this year's recruitments in which they have provided DSSSB LDC 2022 Notification release date along with tentative dates for the Tier-1 Exam. Candidates who wish to apply for various posts under DSSSB recruitment need to check the Online Application Registration System (DSSSB OARS). Candidates can download the official notification PDF from here link for which will be provided as soon as it is available on the website of DSSSB.

What is DSSSB?

DSSSB stands for Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board. DSSSB conducts a number of recruitment examinations for various departments of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCT of Delhi). DSSSB recruitment is conducted every year for various posts such as for the post of teachers, Junior Engineers, LDC, Junior Secretariat Assistant, and other Group B and C posts. DSSSB releases recruitment notifications that cover broader aspects related to the examination such as vacancy, eligibility, selection criteria, syllabus, exam pattern, salary.

How to Apply for DSSSB LDC Recruitment 2022?

DSSSB 2022 Apply Online Link will soon be provided by the Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board on their official website along with the Notifications. The DSSSB Application forms will be accepted only through online mode. To apply for DSSSB LDC Recruitment 2022, follow the steps that are mentioned below in order to avoid any error or last-minute hassle. There are two steps to apply online for the DSSSB Exam for Lower Division Clerk.

Registration for DSSSB LDC

The registration process for DSSSB Exam is for those candidates who have never applied for any exam conducted by DSSSB or those who are applying for the first time for DSSSB recruitment. 

  • Visit the official website of DSSSB or the direct link that will be made available here.
  • Click on the ‘click for new registration’ tab on the top right corner of the screen.
  • Enter the details in the given field such as your date of birth, class 10th roll number, and class 10th passing year.
  • Verify all the details that you have mentioned and then click on the submit button.
  • In the next screen that will appear, enter your personal details.
  • Read the declaration and click on the checkbox at the bottom of the registration page.
  • Once you have submitted your DSSSB Registration form, you will receive a registration number on your email and mobile number. 
  • Note it down for the next step.

Candidates who have the DSSSB Registration Number will follow the steps that are given below. 

  • Visit the official website of DSSSB which is dsssbonline.nic.in or the direct link that is given here.
  • Click on the “click to sign in’ button.
  • Enter your DSSSB Registration Number, password, 10th Roll no. and click on the sign-in button.
  • Then click on the Apply Online tab.
  • Select the post for which you are willing to apply for DSSSB Recruitment
  • Enter your personal details, educational qualification, and other necessary information.
  • In the next step, upload your scanned image of photo, signature, left thumb impression, and right thumb impression as per the specifications
  • Pay the required amount of the application fee.
  • Submit the DSSSB Application form 2022 and take a printout.

Eligibility Criteria for DSSSB LDC Junior Assistant

The eligibility criteria required for the DSSSB LDC Junior Assistant and other post under DSSSB recruitment is as follows:

Assistant Teacher (Nursery)

The candidate must have obtained a Senior Secondary School Certificate or Intermediate or its equivalent. Diploma/Certificate in Nursery Teacher Education Programmer or B.Ed. (Nursery)

Counselor

Graduate in Psychology / Applied Psychology and Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology with one year experience as a  clinical psychologist.

OR

 Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counseling Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Applied Psychology from a recognized University / Institute.

Should have studied Hindi as a Subject at any level from Secondary onward.  

Junior Secretarial Assistant (LDC)

The candidates should be at least 10th/Secondary school Exam and Ability to type at a speed of not less than 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on Computer.

The candidates should have obtained Bachelor Degree and must have Computer proficiency

Final selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the examination. Candidates need to secure minimum qualifying in order to be considered for final merit and more than cutoff marks in order to be considered for final selection.

DSSSB LDC Exam Pattern for Junior Secretariat Assistant

DSSSB LDC Junior Assistant Exam Pattern and for other posts are given below.

  • The DSSSB Exam Pattern comprises one tier and two-tier as per the post.
  • For DSSSB LDC, Jr. Secretariat Assistant exam, the time duration will be 2 hours.
  • For the MCQs, there will be a negative marking of 0.25 mark for every incorrect answer by you. 
  • All the questions will be objective-type questions except the descriptive paper.

DSSSB LDC Junior Assistant Admit Card 2022

The DSSSB LDC Admit Card Download link will be released by the Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board on the official site of DSSSB. Candidates who have completed the DSSSB application process will be able to download the DSSSB Admit Card for which they need to log in using your DSSSB Registration number, date of birth, and 10th board roll. The DSSSB admit card for the LDC exam and for other posts will be released one week before the exam date.
