f. Scanned signature in JPEG format (10 to 20 KB). Image dimension of the signature should be about 4.0 cm (width) x 3.0 cm (height). Applications with blurred signature will be rejected.
g. Disability Certificate Number, if you are a person with a benchmark disability.

Note: Female candidates and those belonging to the reserved category (SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen) are exempted from paying the application fee.
The candidates who wish to apply for this exam can pay either through BHIM UPI, Net banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan. Nominal service charges may be included in net banking mode of payment.

The current application fee is Rs. 100/-. However, it is exempted for women and some special category candidates.
The application fees are not refundable once you have paid the same through any mode.
