On the other hand, UDC & Stenographer are in Level 4, whereas the Hindi translator is on the Level 4 pay scale. All the calculations are based on basic pay. The JE, Jr. Accounts Officer & Hindi Translator post comes with a very lucrative salary. The selected candidates will get the salary according to Level-6 of the 7th pay commission. The Grade pay for these posts as per the 6th pay commission is 4200. The candidates will get HRA, DA, and travel allowances on the basic salary. The Upper Division Clerk (UDC) and Stenographer Grade 2 is at pay level 4 in the 7th pay commission. The UDC and Steno get the salary in payscale of Rs. 25500- 81100/- in NWDA. The promotion will be quick in UDC. The allowances are HRA, DA, travelling allowance, and other perks remain the same.

The posts released through the NWDA notification fall from pay level 2 to pay level 6 in the 7th pay commission.
The NWDA LDC salary is in the pay scale of Rs. 19,900 – 63,200, level 2 on the city they are posted in.
The candidates selected as a UDC in NWDA will get 54126 in X city, 46358 in Z cities.
The in-hand salary of stenographer grade II varies from 40167 to 33981 depending on the city they are posted.
