Selection Procedure for RINL Management Trainee

The selection procedure for Vizag Steel (RINL) Recruitment through GATE 2023 is described below:

• Candidates who are qualified to apply for the position of MT(Tech) at RINL must take the GATE-2023 exam in the relevant discipline.
• Candidates who have been shortlisted based on their performance in GATE-2023 will be invited to a personal interview.
• Only candidates who pass the Personal Interview will be considered for the final round of selection. The final merit list will be compiled using the GATE-2023 score as well as the scores obtained by the candidates in the Personal Interview.

• Have the following items ready:
  • Email ID
  • Most recent passport-size photograph and signature
  • GATE-2023 Application Number & Enrolment Number
• Select the second stage. Fill out the online registration form with your personal information, qualifications, and work experience, then click SUBMIT.
• The application fee must be paid via a different Payment Gateway. Candidates who do not need to pay an application fee may download the registration slip after entering all of their information.
• After making your payment, you will be able to download the computer-generated Registration Slip, which includes your unique registration number, photograph, signature, and other important information.
• Take a print of the Registration Slip to bring with you to the Personal Interview.

Vizag Steel Management Trainee Application Fee 2023

• A processing fee of Rs. 500 will be charged to candidates from the General/OBC categories.
• The processing fee is waived for SC/ST/PWD applicants.

Vizag Steel MT Salary and Training Period

The salary for the management trainee post and their training period are described here, aspirents should know this information before applying to the Vizag Steel (RINL) Recruitment through GATE 2023.

• Candidates who are chosen as Management Trainees will be placed on a one-year training program.
• Candidates will be placed on probation for another year after successfully completing training.
• Selected candidates would be paid Rs.20,600/- per month under the Pre-Revised Pay Scale of Rs 20,600-3%-46,500. They may be placed in the Pre-Revised Pay Scale of Rs 24,900-3%-50,500/- upon successful completion of training.
• Management Trainees will get a Dearness Allowance in addition to their basic pay. They will also be eligible for various perks and allowances as per the Company’s guidelines, such as PF, Gratuity, and other perks and allowances.
