AFCAT ME Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Educational Qualification

Flying Branch

Minimum 20 years, Maximum 24 years.

1. Minimum of 60% marks each in Maths & Physics at 10+2 level.

2. Graduates (Three Year Course) in any discipline from a recognized University who have attained minimum 60% marks or equivalent OR BE/B Tech (Four Year Course) from a recognized university or equivalent.

Ground Duty Branches (Non-Technical)

Minimum 20 years, Maximum 26 years.

Graduate Degree (Minimum three-year degree course) in any discipline from a recognized university with 60% marks.

Ground Duty Branches (Technical)

Minimum 20 years, Maximum 26 years.

Candidates with minimum 60% marks each in Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level and a minimum of four-year degree graduation/integrated post- graduation qualification in Engineering/ Technology from recognized University.

AFCAT ME Apply Online

AFCAT Mechanical Engineering has various Career & Opportunities. Interested and Eligible Candidates can apply online for AFCAT recruitment 2018 through online mode. The last date for applying through AFCAT is 15th July 2018.

AFCAT ME Syllabus & Exam Pattern

A. The duration of AFCAT Mechanical exam is of two hours and will contain multiple choice questions on reasoning general awareness, verbal ability, military aptitude and numerical ability.

B. AFCAT ME Exam Pattern will consist of 100 questions where three marks will be rewarded for every correct answer and for every wrong answer, one mark will be deducted under the negative marking scheme.

Note: For the Technical branch, one has to appear for EKT Exam after AFCAT Exam which consists of 50 questions with same marking scheme.
