The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) conducts the Delhi Administration Subordinate Service (DASS) exam to recruit desirable candidates for the post. The exam has two tiers. The first tier is qualifying in nature where tier 2 is the merit deciding stage. The grade pay for the post is ₹ 4600/-.

Candidates who have a Degree from a recognized University in any stream are eligible for the recruitment. Knowledge of Hindi is desirable. Post-graduate candidates are also eligible for recruitment.
