The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to be considered for MDL Recruitment through GATE 2022.

Educational Qualification for MDL Executive Trainee

Interested candidates must meet the following educational requirements in the particular discipline.

Age Limit for MDL ET

Candidates interested in MDL recruitment 2022 must meet the following age requirements as of 31st July 2022, in addition to the other requirements.

Selection Procedure for MDL Executive Trainee

• The final selection will be made based on the combined GATE 2022 and Personal Interview scores.
• Candidates will be invited for a personal interview based on their GATE 2022 scores. The Personal Interview will be worth a total of 100 marks.
• If the candidate is called for a Personal Interview, he or she must present the completed application form, all original documents, and one set of photocopies that have been self-attested.

• Go to www.mazagondock.in and click on Online Recruitment. Fill in the required information and hit the “Submit” button.
• Enter your “Username” and “Password” to access the MDL Online Portal. Go to the Executive Tab and look at the “Eligibility Criteria” for the job.
• Candidates should have a scanned copy of their most recent resume with them when applying.

• Read the instructions thoroughly and complete the Online Application Form completely.

• Candidates may insert ‘NA’ in mandatory fields that do not apply to them.

• Review the Application form preview and make any necessary modifications. Before selecting “Submit,” make any necessary modifications to the application form.

• On or before the application deadline, print your application form with your unique registration number for future reference.

MDL Executive Trainee Application Fee 2022

• Candidates from the General/OBC categories will be charged a processing fee of Rs. 300.
• SC/ ST/ PWD applicants are exempted from paying the processing fee.

MDL Executive Trainee Salary and Job Profile

Remuneration

• The candidate shortlisted for the positions would be put in the E1 grade, with a pay scale of 40,000-1,40,000 and a CTC of 9.6 lacs per year.
• The selected candidate will be placed on probation for a year and will be confirmed in the position upon the conclusion of the probationary period. The selected candidate’s performance will be evaluated on a regular basis in light of the duties that will be allotted to him/her from time to time.
• Basic Pay, Industrial Dearness Allowances, House Rent Allowances, Cafetaria Perks & Allowances, Leave Encashment, and Superannuation Benefits are all included in the CTC (PF, Gratuity, Pension and PRMS).
• Hospitalization benefits, Bachelors/Family Accommodation when available, and Performance Related Pay (PRP) as per Company Policy are also available.

Job Profile

• In any of the essential domains of Planning / Design / Procurement / Fabrication / Berth / Outfitting / Quality Assurance / Test and Trials, the employee will be responsible for work functions such as ship/ submarine building, refits, and modernisation.
• Depending on the needs of the company, the employee may be assigned to different duties as determined by management.
