Selection Procedure for CEL Graduate Engineer Trainee

• Interested applicants must appear in the GATE Exam for the relevant branch paper.
• Candidates will be required to update/upload their GATE Score, GATE Rank, and GATE Score Card, as well as their final year aggregate marks, in the second phase.
• Shortlisted candidates will be notified via a list of the date, time, and location of their personal interview on the official website.

How to Apply Online for CEL GET Recruitment through GATE 2022?

• Interested candidates must apply online in the registration method provided on the CEL website's Career Section.
• When an online application is submitted, the system generates a 'Registration No.' on top of the online form. Make a note of this "Registration No." and include it in any future correspondence.
• After filling out the necessary information on the "Fill/ Modify Application Form," go to the "GATE Details" page and enter the information for GATE 2022.
• Then click the "Make Payment" option.

• Emoluments for the first year (fixed): 28,000 per month
• Second-year Emoluments (fixed): 30,000 per month if the contract is extended.
• If considered for assimilation into the regular cadre in CEL based on excellent performance:
  At present, the initial salary on the scale for Grade E-2, i.e. 40000-140000 CTC, is 8.35 lakhs per annum.
