SSC CGL Shift 2 Exam Analysis & Review 18th April 2022: SSC is conducting CGL 2022 exam from 11th to 21st April 2022 for the recruitment of candidates at various Group B and Group C posts in various departments of the Government of India. The SSC CGL 2022 Exam will be conducted in three shifts.

It's day 4 of the SSC CGL 2022 exam and shift 1 has already been conducted successfully. In this article, we are going to provide you detailed SSC CGL Exam Analysis, review, overall and section-wise difficulty level, all questions asked in the SSC CGL shift 2 conducted on 18th April 2022.

SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Pattern 

SSC CGL 2022 Tier 1 Exam pattern includes 4 sections namely, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension of 25 questions each of 2 marks. The total time allotted for SSC CGL 2022 Tier 1 exam is 1 hour and 10 minutes extra are provided to disabled/Physically handicapped Candidates. 

SSC CGL Shift 2 Exam Analysis 18th April 2022: Highlights

The overall good number of attempts is 76-87 and the difficulty level of the paper was moderate.

  • The difficulty order of the sections was as follows: Quantitative Aptitude> General Awareness and Reasoning > English language & Comprehension.
  • Cloze test was about - Sports Ministry
  • The Quant section was easy but a bit calculative. Students struggled to manage time.
  • Reasoning was moderate and a few questions were tricky.
  • General Awareness was also moderate. A good number of questions were asked from economics based on basic concepts, GDP, Budget etc.

In this shift, the difficulty level was moderate. According to students' feedback, candidates have struggled to manage time as a few questions were lengthy but doable.   • The difficulty order of the sections was as follows: Quantitative Aptitude > General Awareness > Reasoning > English language & Comprehension.
  • Overall, a good number of attempts for SSC CGL 2022 Shift 2 the number of good attempts is from 77-85 whereas Shift 1 can be taken as 75 - 84.
  • Quant Section was Moderate but a bit calculative.
  • English Cloze test was there instead of Comprehension.
  • There are 2 questions from the para jumble, sentence re-arrangement, and Antonyms/Synonyms in the English section.
  • The general awareness section was moderate.
