SSC CGL Shift 2 Exam Analysis 2022- Difficulty Level

Let’s take a look at the overall difficulty level for shift 2 of the CGL exam. On 01 December, the overall difficulty was between Easy to Moderate. As per the feedback of the candidates, the mathematics section was a bit tricky, and the General Knowledge section was also on a moderate level. When compared to the first shift, shift 2 was slightly easier as the number of good attempts was more in this shift.

On 02 December, the difficulty level for shift 2 was again between Easy to Moderate, and the Maths section was easier this time. The difficulty level of the different sections was as follows: Maths < Reasoning < English < General Awareness.

On 03 December, as per the SSC CGL Shift 2 analysis, the overall difficulty of the exam was at a Moderate level. When compared to the previous two days, shift 2 was slightly more difficult on the third day. The difficulty level of the sections was as follows: English < Reasoning < Maths< General Awareness.

SSC CGL Shift 2 Exam Analysis - 01 December

This section will provide you with a detailed analysis of each subject. Candidates can get more clarity by reviewing the number of questions asked from each topic in Shift 2 on 01 December 2022.

SSC CGL Shift 2 Analysis Quantitative Aptitude

In the 2nd shift, the quant section was set at an easy to moderate level with 20-22 number of good attempts. The section had the maximum number of questions on the topic of Geometry and Data Interpretation, which were a bit tricky. Other than that, this section was scoring as per our experts.

SSC CGL Shift 2 Analysis English

As per the SSC CGL shift 2 analysis for 01 December, the English section was pretty easy, and the number of good attempts was 21-23. The section had 4 to 5 questions from Cloze test, which is a significant topic. Candidates who will be appearing for future shifts must prepare well for the Cloze test.

SSC CGL Shift 2 Exam Analysis Reasoning

The difficulty level for the Reasoning section for Shift 2 was between easy to moderate. The topics that saw the maximum number of questions were Analogy, coding-decoding, missing number series and papercutting and folding. The number of good attempts for this subject would be somewhere between 19-22.

SSC CGL Shift 2 Exam Analysis for General Awareness

SSC CGL Shift 2 Analysis - 02 December

Shift 2 on 02 December was easy to moderate on the difficulty scale. Surprisingly, the maths section was quite easy, and candidates could score well in it. The total number of good attempts for the exam could be 77 to 86. The difficulty order of the different subjects was as follows: Maths < Reasoning < English < General Awareness. 

SSC CGL Shift 2 Analysis Quantitative Aptitude

For the Quantitative aptitude section, the difficulty level was set at an easy level. The majority of questions were asked from the Trigonometry topic, but the questions were not too difficult. Some other important topics were Profit and loss and Ratio and proportion in this section. Candidates can easily expect the number of good attempts to be between 21-23.

SSC CGL Shift 2 Analysis English

Here’s the shift 2 analysis for the English section. The section was set at an easy to moderate level with 19-22 good attempts. The topic for the Cloze test was Tattoos and 4 to 5 questions were asked from it. Some other important topics were Active-Passive voice and sentence completion.

SSC CGL Shift 2 Exam Analysis Reasoning
