RRB NTPC Exam Analysis, 11 January 2021: Phase 1 of RRB NTPC 2020 is approaching towards the end. It will continue till 13 January. With two more days remaining, changes in the type of asked questions can still be observed. We have brought you an exclusive and detailed analysis of the first and second shifts of the 11 January.

For the unversed, Railway Board is recruiting to fill 35,208 vacancies for the NTPC category posts which include Commercial apprentice, Goods guard, Traffic Apprentice, Traffic Assistant, Assistant Station Master etc. all over India.

RRB NTPC phase 1 has started from 28th of December, 2020 and will continue till 13th January for the year 2020-21. We are here with an explicit analysis of the first and second shifts of the 11th of January.

The pattern observed in the questions asked in shift 1 and shift 2 of RRB NTPC exam conducted on 11 January 2021:

  • As the questions were randomly arranged.
  • Paper was moderate to tough
  • General Awareness and Quantitative Aptitude section were tough as compared to the earlier shifts.
  • Quantitative Aptitude section was time-consuming as the questions were not arranged in a proper manner.

RRB NTPC CBT 1 Exam Timings:

As the RRB NTPC is one of the aspirants' most popular exams, almost 1.26 crore candidates have filled the exam form. Board is conducting the exam in two phases.

RRB NTPC CBT-1 Exam Centre Guidelines

Students should keep the following guidelines before going to the exam centre.

  • A mask should be worn by a candidate throughout the examination
  • Hand sanitiser and pen will be provided for students. So, candidates need not bring such things themselves. 
  • Candidates should have the filled copy of the COVID-19 self-declaration form.
  • The candidate is expected to remove the mask as the registration for the exam will be done by capturing the photo
  • Candidates must give away the rough sheets in the designated boxes.

According to the feedback shared by the students who had given exam today in shift-1, Quant section was difficult. Questions were tougher than the questions asked in the shifts of previous days. The exam was a time-taking. Also, the questions were lengthy. Students can expect a good number of attempts to be 21 -23 in shift 1 of 11 January 2021. For shift-2 20 - 22 attempted questions can be considered as a good try.

RRB NTPC Exam Review 11 January 2021: General Intelligence & Reasoning

Going by the insights shared by the students, in reasoning section, it was of moderate level. For shift - 1, 23 - 26 can be considered as a reasonable number of question attempted. Similarly for the shift - 2, 24 - 27 can be considered as a good attempt. In the shifts of 11 January 2021, questions based on Venn diagram were seen more in number as compared to earlier shifts.

RRB NTPC Exam Review 11 January 2021 (All Shifts): General Awareness

Moving on to the General Awareness section, it was difficult as compared to the earlier shifts. Current affairs questions were asked from the past years too. All in all 30 - 32 would be a decent good attempt for shift 1. Talking about the shift- 2, 32 - 34 is expected to be a good attempt. Questions from the current affairs of 2018 were also seen. In the shift- 2 history questions were also seen more in number and fewer science questions.
