UPSSSC OTR Registration 2021: Important Points
Here are some important points regarding One Time Registration (OTR) as mentioned in the notification:
- After the implementation of OTR, candidates who wish to apply for any exam conducted by the UPSSSC board have to first register themselves through the OTR process. The application process would now only include ‘logging in’ and paying the ‘application fee’
- Candidates have to upload their educational certificates at the time of the OTR process in the format as prescribed by the board. Candidates don’t need to re-upload the certificates over again. However, they can update and re-upload if necessary
- After candidates have filled the OTR online form, they will be provided with an e-locker number. Once the number is issued to the candidate, he/ she won’t be able to change their basic details such as name, parent’s name, last 6 digits of Aadhar number, date of birth, gender, domicile state, and category. Hence, candidates are requested to fill the form with utmost care
- UPSSSC OTR application form is completely free
- Candidates who have applied before 2015 for exams including UP ABT, UP ASO, UP Lekhpal, etc. which are conducted by the UPSSSC board can use the same registration number for the UPSSSC OTR process

Step 2: On the ‘Notice Board’ click on the ‘UPSSSC One Time Registration Notification’ link

Step 5: Click on the ‘Need to open OTR: Register Now’ link if you are a new user
Step 6: Fill in all the necessary details and verify your details
