Exam Analysis is crucial for candidates who are appearing for the examination in the upcoming shifts, RRB is conducting RRB Group D Phase 1 from 17-25 August which will be followed by Phase 2 examination from 26th August 2022. RRB Group D Exam Shift Timings

For all days the shift timings of the examination are provided below in the table where the examination is going to be conducted in three shifts namely, 9 AM, 12.45 PM and 5 PM where candidates are advised to report to the examination centre at least 1 hour before the examination to eliminate any last minute rush.

  • The difficulty level of the Examination: The difficulty level of the examination can be considered Easy-Moderate
  • Difficulty Order of various sections: Math < Reasoning < General Science < General Awareness
  • Good Number of Attempts: 72-80 

RRB Group D Shift 2 Highlights

Below are the important highlights of the exam that a candidate should refer to before going for the examination in the upcoming shifts:

  • The difficulty level of the Examination: The difficulty level of the examination can be considered Easy-Moderate
  • Difficulty Order of various sections: Reasoning < Math < General Science < General Awareness
  • Good Number of Attempts: 78-86
  • There were 5-6 current affairs questions asked in the examination from Dec 2021-June 2022.

RRB Group D Shift 1 Highlights

Below are the important highlights of the exam that a candidate should refer to before going for the examination in the upcoming shifts:

  • The difficulty level of the Examination: The difficulty level of the examination can be considered Easy-Moderate
  • Difficulty Order of various sections: Reasoning < Math < General Science < General Awareness
  • Good Number of Attempts: 75-82
  • There were 7-8 current affairs questions asked in the examination from 2021 and 2022 both.

Exam analysis conducted on day 4, shift 3, shows that the exam's difficulty level was Easy-Moderate. According to students' opinion, the General Awareness section was the toughest section among all the 4 sections in the RRB Group D Phase 1 examination.

RRB Group D Exam Analysis Section-wise 

RRB Group D exam consists of 4 sections i.e., Math, Reasoning, General Science & General Awareness. The section-wise difficulty level of the examination is tabulated below where candidates can also check the topic-wise weightage of several topics asked in the examination of all the sections.

RRB Group D Exam Analysis 2022: Mathematics

Shift 3: As per the exam analysis candidates can easily attempt around 20-22 questions in this section. The difficulty level of this section was Easy.
Shift 2:
According to Students' opinions, the maths section was easy and candidates can easily attempt around 25-26 questions. 

Shift 1: Maths section was found to be easy by the candidates who appeared for the examination in today's first shift. The Good Number of attempts can be considered to be 21-23 where some questions are calculative in nature.

RRB Group D Exam Analysis 2022: Reasoning 

Shift 3: The Good number of attempts can be considered to be 24-26 whereas according to exam analysis Reasoning section was found to be easy.

Shift 2: According to students' opinions the Reasoning section was easy and can be attempted up to the maximum extent by the candidates who are giving the exam in the second shift. The Good number of attempts can be considered to be 25-26. 

Shift 1: The reasoning section was Easy and a Good Number of attempts can consider being 26-27, the puzzles were a bit time-consuming according to students' opinions.

RRB Group D Exam Analysis 2022: General Awareness

Shift 3: There were current affairs that are being asked from 2022. The Good number of attempts can be considered to be 10-12. The General Awareness section was the hardest among all the sections. 
Shift 2:
 The General Awareness section was the hardest among all the sections. There were current affairs that are being asked from December 2021- June 2022. The Good number of attempts can be considered to be 12-15

Shift 1: The general Awareness section was Moderate where a good number of attempts can consider being 11-14. The Current Affairs are generally asked from both 2021 and 2022. There are 7-8 questions asked from the Current Affairs section.

RRB Group D Exam Analysis 2022: General Science 

Shift 3: General Science section was easy-moderate as per the student's opinion who have given the examination in the third shift. A good number of attempts can consider being 18-20.
Shift 2:
 The section was Easy-Moderate in nature where the good number of attempts can be considered to be 19-21

Shift 1: Most of the questions in the General Science Section were based on Science NCERT Books up to the 10th Standard. The questions from all the sections were nearly equal in weightage. Candidates found this section to be Easy-Moderate.

RRB Group D Exam Pattern

The RRB Group D exam pattern consists of basically 4 sections Maths, Reasoning, General Awareness and General Science. The students have given 90 mins to complete the examination where there are 100 questions asked in the examination.
