Educational Qualification for ECIL Graduate Engineer Trainees

Eligible candidates must apply ‘ON-LINE’ at http://careers.ecil.co.in on the ECIL website. For registration, candidates must have those items:

• Signature

• Fill out the application form with basic information and pay the application fees.
• After paying, print the computer-generated Registration Slip, including your unique registration number, photo, signature, and other important information.
• The candidate must take a printout of the registered on-line application form with the system produced application serial number after applying online.

ECIL Graduate Engineer Trainees Salary and Surety Bond

Remuneration

The selected candidates will get a consolidated stipend of 48,160/- per month for one year during the Training Duration. Other salary and remuneration for GET posts are as follows – 

• They will be employed as engineers for three years upon successful completion of training, with total payments of 67,920 during the first year, 69,960/-p.m. during the second year, and 72,060 during the third year.
• They will then be integrated as Technical Officers with a wage scale of 40,000-3%-140,000.
• Furthermore, after one year of service as a Technical Officer, they will be evaluated for promotion to Senior Technical Officer, with a pay grade of 50,000-3 percent-1,60,000/-, based on their performance and suitability.

Surety Bond

• The shortlisted candidates must undertake a Surety & Indemnity Bond in Rs. 100/- on separate non-judicial stamp paper to serve the Company for four years (1 year as a Trainee + three years as an Engineer). The penalty for violation of contract is merely Rupees Four Lakhs.
