• Applicants who match the eligibility criteria should have taken the GATE 2023 exam.
• On the basis of their Normalized Marks (Out of 100) in each area, qualified applicants will be short-listed for interviews.
• Only those candidates who achieve minimal marks in the interview will be considered for a position on the panel.

• When an online application is submitted, the system generates a ‘Registration No.’ on top of the online form. Make a note of this “Registration No.” and include it in any future correspondence.
• After filling out the necessary information on the “Fill/ Modify Application Form,” go to the “GATE Details” page and enter the information for GATE 2023.
• Then click the “Make Payment” option.

RITES GET Salary and Service Bond

Remuneration

• Candidates would be placed in the IDA pay range of 40,000-1,40,000 for the training term, with a starting basic wage of 40,000/-.
• Throughout the training time, they will be paid Dearness Allowance (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA) in addition to their basic wage.
• After completing the program, candidates will be hired as engineers on the IDA pay scale of 40,000-1,40,000, with basic salary and DA, fixed/variable allowances, Performance Related Pay, Medical facilities, HRA/Lease accommodation, and attractive superannuation packages.

Service Agreement Bond

• In order to successfully complete the given training time and subsequently serve the organization for at least three years, the applicants will be required to sign a service agreement bond.
• The bond amount is Rs. 1,000,000/- (plus GST) for General/OBC(NCL) and Rs. 50,000/- (plus GST) for SC/ST/PWD/EWS.
• If applicants wish to leave the service during the training period or within three years of completion, the above fee must be deposited.
