What is RCFL: Full Form and Functions

The full form of RCFL is Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited. RCFL is a leading PSU under the Ministry of Chemical and Fertilizers of the Government of India (GOI). RCFL is based in Mumbai and is the 4th largest producer of fertilizers in India. 

RCF produces Urea, Complex Fertilizers, Bio-fertilizers, Micro-nutrients, soil conditioners, and a variety of Industrial Chemicals. RCF's fertiliser brands "Ujjwala" (Urea) and "Suphala" (Complex Fertilizer) have strong brand equity and are well-known throughout the country.

RCFL MT Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the RCFL Recruitment through GATE 2022 requires you to fulfil the following eligibility. 

Educational Qualification for RCFL Management Trainee

A four-year full-time course in BE / B Tech. / B.Sc Engg. (Engineering Graduate) in respective discipline from a university recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) / a government-recognized institute. Candidates in their final year of engineering studies are also encouraged to apply.

RCFL Selection Procedure for RCFL MT

• The selection process for the positions of Management Trainees comprises screening through GATE 2022 score and Personal Interview.
• The selection process for the positions of Engineer (Chemical), Officer (Marketing), and Assistant Marketing Officer comprises of Online Test and Personal Interview.
• The selection process for the positions of Operator Trainee (Chemical), Boiler Operator Gr III and Junior Fireman Grade II comprises of Online Test and Trade Test.

How to Apply online for RCFL Recruitment through GATE 2022?

• Candidates must apply online, providing information such as their age, date of birth, qualification, division and percentage of marks obtained, year of graduation, respective school/college/university, work experience if any, GATE 2022 Registration Number, Roll No., and GATE 2022 Scorecard.
• Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements should apply online at the RCFL website. Candidates must visit the website www.rcfltd.com and navigate to the recruitment section to submit an online application.
• When completing the online application form, the following information should be readily available.
  • Photo
  • Sign
  • Cast Certificate
• If the application is accepted after it is submitted online, the system will generate a Unique Application Number, which will be printed on the Application Form.

RCFL Application Fee 2022

• ₹1000/- plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST) for the post of Management Trainee/ Engineer/ Officer category
• ₹700/- plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST) for the Workers category.

Note: There is no application processing fee for SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM candidates

RCFL Management Trainee Salary and Training Period

• Selected candidates will receive a lump-sum stipend of Rs. 30000/- per month for a year of training. If posted to the Trombay/ Thal unit, free lodging will be provided at the company's hostel.
• Management Trainees assigned to locations other than Trombay and Thal (Marketing Area Office) will be paid a fixed allowance of Rs. 3500/- per month for boarding, lodging, and local travel expenses.
• They will also be entitled to TA/DA while on tours, in accordance with the company's current TA/DA policy. They will be given medical treatment for self-insured and accident-insured purposes.
• After successfully completing the training, they will be absorbed in the E1 Grade with a pay scale of Rs. 16400-40500. (under revision). The minimum total monthly gross emoluments would be Basic Pay plus DA, plus House Rent Allowance and other allowances, which comes to around Rs. 50,000/-.
