Headquarters of BOB
Bank of Baroda is an Indian state-owned international banking and financial services institution based in Vadodara in Gujarat, India. It maintains a corporate office in Mumbai and is headquartered in Vadodara. After the State Bank of India, it is India’s second-largest bank.
Organizational Structure of BOB
Around early 2020, the government-appointed Shri Sanjiv Chadha as Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bank of Baroda. He took over from Shri P. S. Jayakumar, whose term ended in October 2019.
From the day he took office, he was appointed to a three-year tenure at the bank. He was previously the MD and CEO of SBI Capital Markets, the State Bank of India’s merchant and investment banking subsidiary. In November 2019, the Banks Board Bureau proposed him for the position of MD and CEO at BOB.
