ESE Mains 2023 Exam Answer Writing Techniques
Check here the tips to write the ESE Mains exam answer
- Attempt all remaining test papers like you would give the exact ESE mains exam.
- Pick the topics to be attempted with the first glimpse over the entire paper.
- Marks will not be allotted for surface knowledge, so don’t spend time on questions you don’t know properly & are uncertain about concepts.
- Try to answer broadly, i.e. provide in-depth information from equations to essential points in each answer.
- Always use pointers while answering theoretical questions rather than writing lengthy passages.
- If possible, write a critique or an inference at the end of the answer. It will certainly get you excellent marks.
- Impress your handwriting while addressing the solutions as up to 5 percent of the highest marks can be decreased for unreadable handwriting.
- Remember marks are given for correct, effective, and accurate appearance combined with proper usage of words in the conventional papers of the exam.
- Try to be definite and use the only General form of Indian numerals (e.g. 1,2,3,4,5,6) while solving question papers.
- Apart from the performance, keep in mind that there is no need to worry about the presentation if the content is accurate.
- Prepare and practice all previous year’s questions to shove your confidence.
- Finally, the quality of the answer would bring good marks and not the number of pages of the answer sheet. So be precise and try to give the best answer.
