Who is Eligible for CSIR NET Chemical Science?

  • A post-graduate degree in science, an M.Sc./Integrated BS-MS/B-Pharma degree/or any other equivalent qualification in Chemistry is required of the candidate.
  • The upper age limit for all General applicants is 28, with a three-year relaxation for OBC candidates and a five-year relaxation for SC/ ST/ PwD/ Female candidates.
  • There is no upper age limit for a Lecturership.
  • The individual must be an Indian national to be eligible for the benefits.
