Selection Procedure for BEML Management Trainee

• The weightage for marks obtained in the qualifying exam marks obtained (out of 100) in the corresponding paper of GATE 2022, and personal interviews comprise the Selection Process.
• Qualified candidates will be short-listed for the Personal Interview in each category based on their normalized marks out of 100 in GATE 2022 in the corresponding paper.

How to Apply Online for BEML MT Recruitment Through GATE 2022?

• Candidates must apply solely through the "CAREER" area of the online recruiting portal on the BEML website.
• Before registering their applications on the BEML's website, candidates should have the following:
  • Personal information
  • Qualifications in education
  • Scorecard for Gate-2022
  • Details about the category
  • Photograph and Signature
• Candidates must complete the Online Recruitment Portal registration form and provide all relevant information. After successfully completing the registration process, candidates can access the Online Recruitment Portal.
• Candidates interested in applying for a position should go to "Apply for a Post" and fill out the online form with all of the necessary information.
• After successfully submitting an application for a specific vacancy in the Online Recruitment Portal, applicants are advised to print a copy of the system-generated application form.

Remuneration

• Selected candidates will be trained for a year from the time they join. They will be absorbed as Engineer (Grade-II) in the Rs.16400-Rs.40500 pay scale with one extra increase (@3% of basic pay) upon successful completion of their training period and suitability evaluation and will be on probation for a duration of one year.

Service Agreement

• Selected candidates would be required to sign a Service Bond for Rs.2,00,000 to commit to working for the company for a term of four years, including training.
