Punjab and Haryana High Court Educational Qualification 

The applicant must hold a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from a recognised university, or an equivalent degree, and must be computer literate (Word Processing and Spread Sheets).

• He or she must have passed a matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the required or elective subjects, or any other similar Punjabi language examination.
• Candidates who have not completed matriculation with Punjabi as a compulsory or elective subject, or any other equivalent examination in Punjabi Language at the matriculation level, may apply; however, if selected, they must complete the examination within the probation period, failing which their appointment will be cancelled.
