JKPSC KAS Syllabus 2022 - Prelims

JKPSC KAS syllabus for Prelims has two papers, General Studies Paper 1 and General Studies Paper 2. It is compulsory to appear for both the papers and obtain the cut off marks to be able to appear for the Mains exam. JKPSC KAS Syllabus for Mains

The candidates who clear the JKPSC Prelims are eligible to write the JKPSC Mains exam. The score obtained by the candidates in the Mains exam will be considered while releasing the final merit list. JKPSC syllabus for JKPSC KAS Mains for GS 3 shall be based on Technology, Economic Development, Bio diversity, Environment, Security and Disaster Management. Questions related to such topics will be asked in the exam. GS 2 of JKPSC syllabus covers topics such as Government Budgeting, Effects of liberalization on the economy, changes in industrial policy and their effects on industrial growth, Land reforms in India, Disaster and disaster management, Security forces and agencies and their mandate, Science and Technology- developments and their applications and effects in everyday life, Investment model, Infrastructure, Indian Economy and issues relating to planning, mobilization of resources, Linkages between development and spread of extremism, etc.
