Minimum Educational/Professional Qualification

Minimum Mandatory Experience (as on 01.08.2020)

DGM

(Chief Risk Officer)

Mandatory educational qualifications: Graduate degree, with –

(a)    Professional certification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), or

(b)    Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute;

Desirable educational qualifications:

(a)    Holder of Chartered Financial Analyst charter awarded by CFA Institute, or

(b)    Designated as Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or equivalent abroad, or

(c)     Designated as a Cost and Management Accountant by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, or equivalent abroad.

Mandatory experience:

Five years’ experience in corporate credit and risk management at the level of Assistant General Manager or above in one or more PSBs, or having similar roles and responsibilities in one or more regulated lending entity, with minimum experience of one year in corporate credit and one year in risk management.

Desirable experience:

Good understanding of market risk and/or liquidity management and/or operational risk, with exposure to analytics being an added desirable experience.

Post Graduate degree in Economics.

Desirable: M.Phil., Ph.D.

3 years’ experience in Banks/Financial Institutions

/Government Institutions / other public sector institutions in the areas related to economic research or strategic planning. Relevant experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions will be preferred.

AGM (MIS)

Post Graduate degree in Statistics OR Post             Graduate degree/ diploma in Operation Research.

Desirable: M.Phil., Ph.D.

3 years’ experience in Banks / Financial Institutions / Government Institutions / other public sector institutions in the areas related to MIS

/ Data Analytics / forecasting. Relevant experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions will be preferred.

AGM

(Human Resources)

Graduate degree in Personnel Management/ IRPM/ LLPM OR Graduate with MBA (HR) OR Graduate with PG Diploma in HR/personnel management or equivalent.

3 years’ experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions

/ Government Institutions / other public sector institutions in the areas related to HR / Industrial Relations etc. Relevant experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions will be preferred.

RM           (Risk Management)

Graduate degree, with –

(a)    professional qualification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals, or

(b)    Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute;

Desirable educational qualifications:

Market-linked compensation of Rs. 5 lacs per month (with a fixed pay of Rs.

3.75 lacs and variable pay of Rs. 1.25 lacs).
