Cabinet Ministers of India 2022 contains a member of the government's executive branch appointed to the cabinet.
Prime Minister is the head of the Union Council of Ministers, and his resignation or demise automatically disbands the Council of Ministers.

Constitutional Requirements for Council Of Ministers
As per Article 74, the council of ministers of India and the Prime Minister will assist and suggest the President who can hold their position to exercise the crucial functions.
- The Prime Minister had the control of appointing anyone to his council of ministers before the 91st constitutional amendment act 2003.
- After the Act modification, there was an extreme change in depriving such authority of the Prime Minister.
- The amendment added Clause (1A) in the Article, which brought the 91st Constitution Amendment Act, 2003.
- It stated that the total number of Ministers, including the Prime Minister, cannot surpass 15 per cent of the entire members of Lok Sabha.
- Ministry of Cooperation was established in the same year.
