Pay Scale	Rs.23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7-42020 Increment of Rs 980/annum for the 7 years and basic pay will increase to Rs. 30560. For the next two years, the annual increment will be Rs. 1145 and basic pay will increase to Rs. 32850. For the next 7 years, there will be an increment of Rs. 1310/annum and the basic pay will increase to Rs. 42020.

J&K Bank Associate (Clerk) Salary 2020:

Details of the Salary of Bank Associate
Basic Pay	Rs. 13075/Month
Pay Scale	Rs. 11765-655/3-13730-815/3-16175-980/4-20095-1145/7-28110-2120/1-30230-1310/1-31540 Increment of Rs 655/annum for the 3 years and basic pay will increase to Rs. 13730. For the next 3 years, the annual increment will be Rs. 815 and basic pay will increase to Rs. 16175. For the next 4 years, there will be an increment of Rs. 980/annum and the basic pay will increase to Rs. 20095. For the next 7 years, the annual increment will be Rs. 1145 and basic pay will increase to Rs. 28110. For the next 1 years, there will be an increment of Rs. 2120/annum and the basic pay will increase to Rs. 30230. For the next 1 years, the annual increment will be Rs. 1310 and basic pay will increase to Rs. 31540.

• At the time of Joining the bank, the candidates are required to deposit a Security deposit of Rs. 5000 drawn in favour of the employee (candidate) and pledged to President HRDD J&K Bank Limited, issued by any Business Unit of J&K Bank.
• This is to make sure that if a candidate intends to leave the bank during the initial 5 years, then he/she is required to give prior written notice of one month. If he/she does not provide such notice then the bank has the right to forfeit the security deposit of Rs. 5000.
