International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) awards are presented annually to honor both artistic and technical excellence in the Hindi language film industry of India. NEXA is the title sponsor of the IIFA Awards 2023. We have come up with the list of the 23rd IIFA Awards winners here.

The 23rd edition of the IIFA Awards has been announced. The award function took place at Etihad Arena, located in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ceremony concluded with conferring the Best Actor award to Hrithik Roshan for his excellent performance in Vikram Vedha.
The dynamic duo of Abhishek Bachchan and Vicky Kaushal hosted the NEXA IIFA Award 2023 ceremony.
About IIFA Awards
- The International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) is one of the most prestigious film events in India.
- The first awards were presented in 2000 at The Millennium Dome in London, United Kingdom.
- Winners of the 1st Filmfare award (2000):
- Best Film: Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam
- Best Director: Sanjay Leela Bhansali (For Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam)
- Best Actor: Sanjay Dutt (For Vaastav: The Reality)
- Best Actress: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan (For Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam)
- Best Supporting Actor: Anil Kapoor (For Taal)
- Best Supporting Actress: Sushmita Sen (For Biwi No.1)
- The award was since then distributed every year.
- The IIFA Utsavam is the South Indian segment of the annual IIFA Awards.
