The candidate has to submit the Handwritten Declaration while submitting the application form for the IDBI Executive 2022 exam. Apparently, before filling in the final details read the sample to avoid mistakes. The text for the handwritten declaration is as follows –
“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required”.
Important Instructions for IDBI Executive Online Registration
Read the instructions carefully and not fill out the application form in a ruckus because it will lead to mistakes that cannot be rectified.
- If the Applicant’s signature on the attendance sheet or Call letter, signed at the time of the examination, does not match the signature uploaded, the applicant will be disqualified.
- Signature / Hand-written declaration in CAPITAL LETTERS shall NOT be accepted.
- The applicant has to put his left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink.
The applicant has to write the declaration in English only clearly on white paper with black ink. - The signature left a thumb impression, and the handwritten declaration should be of the applicant and not by any other person.
- A signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration Image: The applicant has to sign on white paper with a Black Ink pen. Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred). The size of the file should be between 10kb – 20kb Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 20kb.
- Scan their photograph and signature. Left thumb impression and handwritten declaration ensure that all documents adhere to the required specifications given under the Guideline for photograph & signature scan and upload (Annexure I).
