Education Criteria:
The Executive's appointment will be on a contract basis. The contract would be for a term of one year, with the possibility of an extension for a further two years based on a good performance, completion of assigned necessary e-learning certifications, and the availability of vacancies. Such appointees may become eligible for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A) at IDBI Bank after successfully completing a three-year contractual service period through a selection procedure conducted by IDBI Bank.
