Larry Page is the Founder of Google. On September 4, 1998, Larry Page and Sergey Brin established Google. They first gave their new search engine the moniker “BackRub” since it used backlinks to gauge a site’s importance.

After some time, they decided to modify the name to Google, which came from the word googol being misspelt. Googol, which stands for one followed by one hundred zeros, was chosen to represent the fact that the search engine was designed to offer a lot of information.   • In addition to backing the flying vehicle firms Kitty Hawk and Opener, he is a founder investor in the space exploration company Planetary Resources.
