How many views Does Access Provide to Display a Form?

The access provides two views – a form view and a datasheet view. In Access, a datasheet is a helpful tool for examining data. Most crucially, the datasheet view enables simultaneous viewing of several table records. Similar to a spreadsheet, information is presented in rows and columns in a datasheet view. Since records are shown as rows, each row represents a unique record. Columns within each row correspond to the record’s fields.

Datasheet windows:
The title bar, Quick Access toolbar, and Ribbon are located at the top of the datasheet window. As expected, the window has a scroll bar on the right side and a status bar at the bottom.
Access datasheet windows include many of the functionality found in spreadsheets. To vary the quantity of data that fits without scrolling, a user can change the row height, column width, and font size. The rows and columns that are shown in the window can also be rearranged by the user.
In Access, datasheet views are a popular display option for tables, queries, and forms. Depending on the underlying data source, there are certain inconsistencies in how these datasheet windows behave.
