Step 1: Given that:

Current (A) = 1.5 A
Step 2: Now we have to frame the reaction:
We can formulate the cathode reaction as follows from the aforementioned query:
Cu2+(aq) + 2e- → Cu (s)
Copper ions + Electrons → Copper
In this instance, 2 electrons are transferred.
Step 3: Now we have to find the mass of copper:
The mass of copper we know is 63.5 g mol-1
We know that:
Charge = time x current
Now by substituting the values we get:
Charge = 600 x 1.5
Charge = 900C
Now, the Mass of copper is deposited.
= molar mass x charge/ electrons transferred x Faradays constant
Now by substituting the values we get:
= (63.5 x 900)/ (2 x 96500)
= 57150/193000
= 0.296 g
Consequently, 0.296 g of copper is deposited at the cathode.
