CGPSC Professor Eligibility Criteria 2021

Educational Qualification: 

• An eminent scholar with having PhD in the concerned discipline.
• Published a minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed UGC Approved journals.
• A total score of 120 as per UGC approved guidelines.
• Minimum of ten years experience of teaching as Assistant/Associate/Professor in college/university.

Age Limit: The applicants must have attained the age of 31 years and should not be more than the age of 45 years as of January 1, 2021.

CGPSC Professor Application Form 2021

CGPSC Professor Recruitment Exam Pattern

The Exam pattern includes a written examination followed by an interview.

• Paper 1 will include Chattesgarh General Knowledge. 
• Paper 2 will have questions according to the specific subject. 
• The questions will be of objective type i.e. MCQs.
• The written examination will be of a total of 300 marks. The interview session will hold 30 Marks in total. 
• The written examination will be for 3 Hours. 

CGPSC Professor: Selection Process

• Candidates should be eligible for the post as per the eligibility conditions laid by CGPSC in the official notification. 
• All the candidates should at least score 33% marks in both papers. 23% for the reserved categories. 
• A merit list will be prepared on the basis of the score in the interview.
• The list of recommended candidates will be out in the final list.
• The probation period of the selected candidates will be of 3 years.
