If Blood Relation Questions asked from the Single Person Based, candidates, have to follow the below steps-
- Consider the scenario on yourself, like- Mother’s Daughter would be me, etc.
- To find the answer, the sentence will be broken into- “is/as/was.”
- Candidates can revert in the sentence form to check the answer.
For Example-
Pointing to a photograph, a lady tells Jaya, “I am the only daughter of the lady, and her son is your maternal uncle.” How is the speaker related to Jaya’s father?
Solution- The relation of the daughter will not exist in this sentence because it is not related to the question asked. Here, the only daughter of the lady- refers to the speaker’s mother.
Speaker’s Mother’s Son = Speaker’s Brother = Jaya’s Uncle = speaker is Jaya’s Mother
Answer- Speaker is related to Jaya’s Father as Wife
Questions Based on Mixed Blood Relation
The Mixed Blood relation is another type of Blood Relation, which is asked in many of the competitive exams. It shows the analytics skills of the candidates. Sheela and Leela are sisters= S-L (as per the symbol for Female Person)
As the A & P are brothers, we will define them for the same Generation, as same for the S & L.
From the above diagram, it is clear that Punit is the UNCLE of Sheela.
Answer- Punit is Sheela’s Uncle.
