ONGC Recruitment 2021: ONGC Recruitment 20121 through NET notification out. Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) invites Executives positions for the qualified candidates in Management (Code 17), Human Resource (Code 55), and Mass Communication (Code 63) through UGC NET June 2020. The total number of vacancies is 21. These positions are applicable for the students who are had appeared for UGC NET June 2020 in Management (Code 17), Human Resource (Code 55), and Mass Communication (Code 63).
The Oil and Natural Gas Commission (ONGC), has released ONGC HR Executive and PRO notification inviting online applications from UGC NET June 2020 qualified and interested candidates for filling 21 vacancies to the post of HR Executive (HRE) and Public Relation Officer (PRO) at ONGC through direct selection to be posted across ONGC work centres in India on a full-time basis. The online registration process started on December 15, 2021, and ends on January 4, 2022, by 11:55 pm.

a. Executive (HR) – 15 (UR:8, OBC:3, SC:2, ST:1, EWS:1)
b. Executive (Public Relations Officer) – 6 (UR:5, OBC:1)
ONGC Recruitment 2021 – Eligibility Criteria
a. Executive (Human Resource)
- A candidate should have an MBA with specialization in HRD/HRM & Personnel Management with a minimum of 60% marks or PG degree in Labour Welfare/International Relations or Min. 2 years full-time PG Diploma in Labour Welfare/IR.
- Maximum age limit (General/EWS candidates) – 30 years as of 31-07-2020.
- The upper age limit for OBC (NCL) candidates is 33 years.
- The upper age limit for SC/ST candidates is 35 years.
- The upper age limit for PWD candidates is 40 years.
b. Executive (Public Relations Officer)
- A candidate should have Post Graduate Degree/minimum 2 years diploma in Public Relations/Journalism/Mass Communication with minimum 60% marks.
- Maximum age limit (General candidates) – 30 years as of 31-07-2020.
- The upper age limit for OBC (NCL) candidates is 33 years.
- The upper age limit for PWD candidates is 40 years.
Selection Process
- The selection of candidates for ONGC HR Executive and PRO Jobs at ONGC Careers through ONGC Recruitment 2021 will be done based on candidates Educational Qualifications, UGC NET June 2020 score in the concerned subject, and Personal Interview as notified in ONGC HR Executive and PRO Notification 2021

Salary
- The selected candidates will be selected on the pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000/- with an increment of 3% per year. All the other facilities/allowances like Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, Medical Facility, etc. will be provided as per Company rules.
