ONGC Recruitment 2021 - Eligibility Criteria

a. Executive (Human Resource)

• A candidate should have an MBA with specialization in HRD/HRM & Personnel Management with a minimum of 60% marks or PG degree in Labour Welfare/International Relations or Min. 2 years full-time PG Diploma in Labour Welfare/IR.
• Maximum age limit (General/EWS candidates) - 30 years as of 31-07-2020.
• The upper age limit for OBC (NCL) candidates is 33 years.
• The upper age limit for SC/ST candidates is 35 years.
• The upper age limit for PWD candidates is 40 years.

b. Executive (Public Relations Officer)

• A candidate should have Post Graduate Degree/minimum 2 years diploma in Public Relations/Journalism/Mass Communication with minimum 60% marks.
• Maximum age limit (General candidates) - 30 years as of 31-07-2020.
• The upper age limit for OBC (NCL) candidates is 33 years.
• The upper age limit for PWD candidates is 40 years.

Selection Process

•  The selection of candidates for ONGC HR Executive and PRO Jobs at ONGC Careers through ONGC Recruitment 2021 will be done based on candidates Educational Qualifications, UGC NET June 2020 score in the concerned subject, and Personal Interview as notified in ONGC HR Executive and PRO Notification 2021

Salary

• The selected candidates will be selected on the pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000/- with an increment of 3% per year. All the other facilities/allowances like Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, Medical Facility, etc. will be provided as per Company rules.
