Eligibility Criteria for NPCIL Recruitment 2021

Educational Qualification

• BE/B Tech /5-year Integrated M Tech/B Sc (Engineering) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (from a recognized University/Deemed University by AICTC or UGC).
• Applicants whose final results are awaited and/or are appearing for the final year/semester examination during 2021, may also apply.
• For candidates applying for Industrial & Fire Safety, they must have a valid score in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Engineering degrees allowed and Total Vacancies for each discipline are as follows:

• Only male candidates (General/EWS/OBC categories) have to pay the application fee of Rs. 500/-(non-refundable payment) 

Selection Procedure for NPCIL Recruitment 2021

• Shortlisting of candidates for a personal interview will be on the basis of valid GATE Scores.
• Final selection will be done only on the basis of performance in the Personal Interview. (No weightage will be given to GATE Score during the final selection.)
• The qualifying marks for the interview are as follows :
  • Unreserved – 70 %
  • SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD – 60 %.
• The tentative date for the Interview is from 12th to 24th April 2021. Interview
  date, time and venue will be communicated  by SMS or email to the candidate.
