CSL 2021 Age Limit
- As on October 27, 2021, the maximum age limit for all positions is 27 years.
- For OBC NCL applicants, the upper age limit is relaxed by three years, for SC/ST applicants by five years, and for PwBD applicants by ten years.
CSL Recruitment 2021 Selection Procedure
For the purpose of generating the final rank list for selection, marks are assigned to the following parameters as

Phase-I - Objective Type Online Test
- There will be no negative marks for any of the questions.
- The online test will last 60 minutes and will consist of 60 multiple choice questions in the following areas:

- The Phase I Online test will be held at various test centres around Kerala
- While filling out the online application, applicants can select exam centres in Kerala for the Phase-I Objective type Online test.
- The online Objective Type test is planned for the third week of November 2021.
Phase-II - Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview
- Only those applicants who pass the certificate verification will be permitted to proceed to Phase II.
- Phase-II will be held at CSL, Kochi.
- Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:6 ratio for the Group Discussion/Personal Interview.
Application Fee
- For general & OBC candidates: ₹ 750
- No application fee for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD.
CSL Executive Trainee Salary
The Executive Trainees will be considered for employment as Assistant Managers in E-1 Grade on the scale of pay of ₹40000 - 3% - ₹140000 and pay established at the commencement of the scale upon successful completion of one year of training.
The CTC per annum at the lowest level of the E1 pay scale as of today is approximately ₹13 lakhs, as mentioned below.

CSL Service Agreement
After successfully completing the course, the selected applicants must sign a Service Agreement to serve CSL for at least five years and a Service Agreement to pay CSL a sum of 5 Lakhs (Rupees Five lakhs) as liquidated damages if the agreement is violated.

- Applicants should go to the website CSL Career and click on the link for the online application
- fill out the registration form and submit their application online beginning October 6, 2021.
- Changes to the information given in the application after it has been submitted online will not be accepted.
- Applicants do not need to send the online application printout, certificates, or application fee to CSL in the form of DD/Challan/Cheque.
