PPSC JE Vacancy 2021 (Released): Check 585 Vacancies of Jr. Engineer Civil

PPSC JE Vacancy 2021: Punjab Public Service Commission released the PPSC JE vacancy 2021 notification for the posts of Junior Engineering in Civil Discipline. PPSC has called the applications for the recruitment to the posts of Junior Engineer Civil for a total of 612 vacancies in the Department of Water Resource government of Punjab and Water Resource Management and Development Corporation. 

There are a total of 612 vacant posts to be filled by eligible and interested candidates. These vacancies are distributed among various categories, candidates who are interested to know the vacant posts category-wise must refer to the detailed table given below:

Age as on 01/01/2021

• Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
• Maximum Age Limit: 37 Years
• The Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 42 years only for Scheduled Castes and backward Classes of Punjab
• The Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 45 years for:
  • Punjab Governments Board 
  • Corporation
  • Commission
  • Authorities employees
  • All States
  • Central Government employees.
• The upper age limit will also be relaxed up to 42 years for widows, divorcees, and certain other women categories
• The Upper age limit is also relaxed up to 47 years for Persons with a Disability of Punjab.

PPSC JE selection process will be made through a written test of 300 marks.

• Total no of questions: 120 questions 
• Each question carries 2.5 marks 
• Time duration: 2 hours 
• There will be a negative marking of 0.5 marks for every wrong answer
