Effective Revision Tips for UPRVUNL JE Exam 2021 

Tips Before UPRVUNL JE Exam 

1. Attempt Mock Tests

Attempt as much mock as you can to plan your strategy. Find out what mistake you should make in the test. Identify you weak and strong points and revise weak concepts before the actual exams.

2. Time Management

Manage your time while giving mock test and try to improve (reduce) your total duration each time you give Mock test. One must plan in advance about how much time should be dedicated on each question.

3. Formula sheet & short Notes

Always maintain a habit of preparing short notes of the important topics and formulas used in the frequent numerical asked in the Exam to revise at the last moment in less time.

4. Avoid New Concepts

At the last moment, never read or give time for learning new concepts rather revise concepts already read and practice only them. 

5. Believe in yourself

Never get demotivated even if you are unable to cover the whole syllabus or not get good marks in Mock Tests.

6. Proper Sleep

Take proper sleep before the Exam day as a calm and cool mind and body requires full rest to work in its full potential.

1. Accuracy and Speed 

These two are the most important parameters that will keep you ahead of your competitors in the UPRVUNL JE exam. Maintain speed and be careful in the calculation as only the combination of two will result into positive results.

2. Negative Marking

Always keep in mind that there is negative marking for the wrong answer so you have to be extra cautious while answering, attempt if you are totally sure about it to avoid a penalty of 0.25 marks.

3. Read the Instructions carefully

The first thing that is must is to read the instructions given above in the questions carefully. Complete reading the instructions first calmly and then try questions.

4. Time Management

Manage your time during exam well and wisely. While attempting the exam, do not deal with tricky questions in starting, instead, get simple questions correctly solved first that you are sure. Then in last go for the tricky and difficult questions. Choosing the right questions in the exam is one of the important factor that leads to the selection.

5. Go through the entire Paper 

When you get the paper, don’t haste and start solving. First go through it properly to analyze it properly. Mark easy and known questions so that you can solve it first and circle difficult questions to attempt them in last. This will cover all the questions and the tendency of leaving the questions you can easily do is negligible.

6. Non-tech should be handled carefully

Decide according to yourself on attempting General Hindi and General studies section before or after the technical section depends on which part you are confident. Don don’t panic if you don’t remember anything because if it is tough then it is for everyone, keep calm.

If any question is taking more than the time it should usually take then move on to the next question straight away as there is an equal marking for all questions in the test. Our main focus is to attempt more correct questions not all questions correct.
