The syllabus of IIM Rohtak consists of on edifferent subject of Logical Reasoning which is not there in IIM Indore. Therefore the candidates have to prepare for one extra subject if they are applying to both the universities.

IPMAT Syllabus 2023
The IPMAT syllabus must be properly understood in order to pass the IPMAT exam. Due to the fact that both IIM Indore and Rohtak have separate syllabi, candidates must refer to those. The tests include portions on Verbal Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, and Logical Reasoning. The majority of the questions are centered on verbal and cognitive ability, numerical aptitude, and logical thinking.

IPMAT Syllabus for IIM Indore
The IPMAT Syllabus for IIM Indore is slightly different that that of IIM Rohtak in terms of one subject. In place of Logical Reasoning, IIM Rohtak has included the Quantitative Aptitude section in short asnwer format. This is in addition to the multiple-choice questions on the same subject.
